Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day — always within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Every order ships with tracking, and most arrive within 3–7 business days.
Returns
If you’re not happy with an unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement — no interrogation, no forms. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened products back, but if something is off we’d rather hear about it and make it right.
